Participants qualify by fulfilling a series of criteria outlined through a variety of methods.

From our perspective, the Discussion Guide should be a flexible, dynamic, unlimited plan.
STEP 6: Recommendations
Triangulating the responses across groups, interviews or any of the various methodologies, along with the knowledge gained from the discovery process up front, and our extensive strategic experience, provides a broad foundation for insights. We not only “report” on observations, we translate them into the recommendations in broad areas which may include positioning, marketing efforts, product development, business model, customer service and market opportunity. The deliverable is a ‘roadmap’ outlining a plan for success.
Quantitative Research
We utilize quantitative research studies to collect information from existing and potential customers using sampling methods via online surveys, polls, questionnaires, with large numbers of participants to generate statistically valid data which can be predictive.
Customer satisfaction, brand/product awareness, Unique Selling Proposition (USP) Development, etc., can all be conducted using quantitative methods.
